Original invoice/receipt (hard copy or order email).
Product in original condition with all box contents (charger, cable, manuals, accessories), intact serial/IMEI stickers, and packaging.
A valid government ID may be requested for high-value returns.
A. New Mobile Phones (sealed)
Change of mind: Return or exchange within 48 hours only if factory seal is unbroken and packaging is pristine.
DOA/defective on arrival: If the device shows a manufacturing defect within 7 days of purchase/delivery, we will replace it after an authorized service center issues a DOA certificate. After 7 days, manufacturer warranty repair applies.
B. Opened Mobile Phones
Opened units are not eligible for change-of-mind returns.
If a functional defect is confirmed within 7 days by an authorized service center, we will replace the unit or exchange as per brand policy; otherwise standard warranty repair applies.
C. Refurbished/Pre-owned Phones
7-day limited exchange for hardware defects (no cash refunds).
Batteries and wear consistent with refurbished grading are excluded from returns unless a major defect is confirmed.
D. Accessories & Wearables
Unopened accessories: 7-day return or exchange.
Defective accessories: 3-day exchange after testing/inspection.
Non-returnable once opened: screen protectors/tempered glass, earphones/in-ear audio, hygiene items, cables used/installed, SIM/eSIM kits.
E. Digital / Activated Products
Once activated/redeemed, items like AppleCare/extended warranty codes, software licenses, eSIMs, gift cards, top-ups are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
F. Custom / Special Orders
Non-cancellable and non-returnable unless defective on arrival (verified).
Physical damage, liquid damage, burns, unauthorized software/rooting, FRP/activation locks, password-locked devices, and missing accessories void return eligibility.
Data & privacy: Please backup and erase your data before return/exchange. We are not responsible for data loss.
Price changes/promotions after your purchase do not qualify for price protection unless explicitly advertised.
Refunds (where applicable) are issued to the original payment method.
Online payment gateway fees and shipping charges are typically non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Cash on Delivery (COD): refunds are processed via bank transfer or store credit.
Processing can take 3–10 business days after approval; bank/card timelines may vary.
For eligible returns of opened but non-defective items (only where allowed by brand policy), a restocking fee up to 10% may apply to cover inspection/packaging depreciation.

Our team will authorize and share the return RMA and pickup/drop-off instructions.
Pack securely with all contents; include the invoice inside the box.
After inspection, we’ll confirm refund/exchange approval and proceed.
Visit the original counter with the product and invoice within the eligible window.
Testing/diagnostics may be performed on the spot or via brand service center.
Products are covered by the manufacturer’s warranty as per brand terms.
We help facilitate service via authorized service centers; turnaround times depend on the brand. Warranty does not cover accidental/physical/liquid damage or misuse.
We reserve the right to refuse returns that show signs of misuse, tampering, damage, missing items, or excessive return patterns.
